Prevention of child abuse is a cause close to my heart, as people I know and love have been affected by child abuse, including dear friends and family members. The number on the poster is for the USA, but I'm researching international aid and I'll be adding links for different places as I find and research them.
If you have links to anything regarding this subject, or if you have artwork that represents it, please don't hesitate to comment or note me and I'll include it below. My goal with this piece is to raise awareness of the help that is available, as well as promote activism and to encourage people to read the literature regarding abuse.
This isn't just about children reaching out for help, but also for people reaching out to help children. Never think you're powerless. There's a hero inside everyone. General information: [link]
