This body, I am
and thought that I was
nothing at all
but these knees and these toes.
This body, I am
my smile and skull
and I am my fingers
and I'll feed the crows.
My body, this thing
is all I can see
for I am my eyes
and I am my nerves.
I am a river
no, that isn't true
I am a hunter
or maybe I'm food
I am a god
and all of my sinners
live in my heaven
and I am who serves.
My body, I am
my bones and my teeth
as I am my skin
and the veins underneath
there is nothing to me
but my bones
and the bones
are nothing to me
in my woods
in the cold.
And this body, I am
what I devour
and drink
but I dream I might be
what I love, what I think.
I am this creature
my creature is me
I am my eyelids
and also, my nose
I am a monster?
and I'll feed the crows.

The Magic Medallion - A TG Story
Will was a 18 year old self centred and lonely white man who had this unhealthy obsession with attractive women. He had this belief that all girls were born and raised to be housewives who cooked, cleaned, and always followed their husband’s orders, although this was what his family had been telling him ever since he was a young boy. Will also preferred girls with well developed and curved out bodies with childlike, innocent, and submissive personalities that matched. Will loved his idealized woman view with as much enthusiasm as he hated modern Western ones. He felt that especially American girls these days were just vain and manipulative sluts who acted like whores to get whatever they wanted; they could all do with some modifications to put it one way, which in Will’s mind was either looking like supermodels or dressing traditionally conservative when going outside. As you might have guessed, Will was a virgin who’d never kissed a girl before, any women who weren’t put off by his

Gambling with a Demon (TG/TF story)
A young man was walking down a deserted road one evening. He stopped and gazed up at the sky, parting slightly the strands of his brown hair in front of his eyes so he could have a clearer view of the moon. Judging from its position in the heavens, it was already deep in the night. He glanced at his knapsack where the top of his violin stuck out, and sighed. Earlier that day, the couple whose wedding he was hired to perform that day had invited him to at least stay for the night, but he refused, since if he did, he might not make it in time for his next client. Which was too bad, to be honest. The couple was among his better clients. “You are very good at playing the violin, sir. Bet you’re a huge hit with the girls” He couldn’t help but laugh at that remark. He’d been a traveling musician all his life, never staying too long in one town or village, so he’s never had time for things like romance. No point in leaving a town with regrets, he always told himself. It was for the

Jen: Don't apologize. I just don't understand how you managed to set fire to soup.
Ci-lea: I don't know, I just looked away for a second, and next thing I know there were flames everywhere.
Jen: *sigh* This is the third time this month.
Ci-lea: Sorry.
Jen: You know, maybe you shouldn't do the cooking from now on.

Weird in a good way
I like this best when it's concrete--the lines about dream/love seemed out of place. I could clearly picture a skeleton or almost-skeleton in the forest, though. The repetition is awesome, especially when you start twisting it--from 'this body' to 'my body', although why'd you twist it back?
